Come get a real workout with Emma Sundays from 2:30-3:30 then socialize/nap/studies. You will have time for all.
Emma teaches a Hatha Vinyasa -based Yoga class that emphasizes postural alignment, core strength, standing balance, and functional mobility. All levels are welcome!

Yoga will be in the dance studio Sundays from 2:30-3:30. It is open to the Morse & Stiles community so arrive early to secure a space. You will receive a reminder of the class at noon on Sundays but if you are interested you should plug the following dates into your calendar now:
September 3rd, 10th, 17th, & 24th; October 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, & 29th; November 5th & 12th; December 3rd, 10th, & 17th.
